Indonesian Recipes: Grilled Chicken Butter (Ayam Bakar Mentega )

Ingredients grilled chicken butter :
3 pieces of chicken thigh upper bottom
1 teaspoon lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed

2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
